Dr Avelina Lucas is the Founder/CEO of DR LUCAS SKIN PRODUCTS, a science-based beauty ecosystem involved in production, consultations, trainings, and distribution of healthy and natural skin care products, which she launched in Tanzania in 2024. It has since expanded into a diverse portfolio of over 15 products with distributors across all Tanzania regions and DRC Congo.
With over 5 years of experience in medical practice, 3 years in creative media and 2 years in cosmetics as a cosmetic expert, she has held roles ranging from administrative support to Medical Officer In-Charge, and went on to start DR LUCAS SKIN PRODUCTS after taking skin courses across skin consultancy, formulation and science in Tanzania and Nigeria.
